test site

Hi, I wanted to know if there was a way to have persons log in to a page to read test material, receive a login number, and for the material to have a timer on it so that each person can only read have of the material in a 24 hour period. After reading the second half the following day I would like to be able to a code or some sort of tracking proof for each individual that states they read the material in a 48hr window
