    I’m still in the brainstorming phase for setting up my media content and am interested in the communitys recommendations please.

    Objective: I’d like to create a media section on my site. The media section will have (1) My personal summary and (2) an audio or video file. Basically, my review of the audio/video and then others can listen/watch. I’d like to have a built in player so it can be viewed on the spot.

    What do you recommend is the best way to achieve the best results?

    My suggestion is to NEVER install anything, such as a player, which will at all decrease the speed of your site load. That has HUGE SEO implications.

    FORGET creating Audio – Shoot a video with a cheap flip-camera and either Embed it on Youtube OR upload it to your server and import from there.

    DO NOT host even video on your main site – create either an embed situation (using HTML function in Page – post editor) OR create a sub-domain to host all images and media. LOAD TIME..LOAD TIME..LOAD TIME 🙂
