[Plugin: WP Photo Album Plus] Error upload for another user

I always getting this error every time a user other than administrator upload file

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2000 bytes) in /home/citizenj/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/wppa-common-functions.php on line 921

but if i login as admin, upload no problem, how to solve that problem?
