Cant install plug ins

Hi

I first had a problem accessing my admin account because I entered some coding into editor.

My hosts sorted this problem out for me.

Now I see that all my installed plugins have disappeared and I cannot install any plugins or themes at all.

I am inexperienced, don’t know a great deal really but this site is important to me and making a little money. Right now I have no our bound links either.

I really need to get my plugins back up and running as soon as possible.
Please dont tell me to install via FTP. I want the simple way back please.
