Reduce gap between navigation menu and content

    Hello,
    Sorry I’m struggling can anyone help me reduce the distance between the black, navigation, menu bar (Home, Portfolio, Contact)
    and the start of the content (Welcome to my…)
    Here is my site

    Im using twenty eleven and wp 3.3.1
    Im still fairly new here, so can you be as explicit as possible with which part i need to amend in either style css or releveant php.
    Preferably more than just the one line…
