enabling sending referrers

    hi all,

    i was wondering if anyone can help me out. im having some trouble when i try deleting some links or even updating some information. i keep getting this error:

    Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers, for this feature to work.

    Ive looked at the infor for enabling this in the word press wikipedia for firefox, but it doesnt seem to work. Sorry if this question has been posted before. I did a search on the forums but nothing came up.

    I hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.

    Have you deleted your cookies, and cleared your cache?

    Are you running any persoanl firewall software? Does it work if you disable said personal firewall software?

    yes i did delete my cookies and cleared my chace. i am ruinning a personal firewall, im using norton internet security. i did what you suggested and disabled it and wp worked straight away.
