Using WPtouch with LinkWithin plugin

By default, the LinkWithin ‘related posts’ plugin doesn’t display properly on a WPtouch mobile site. This problem can be fixed with a small CSS tweak – I’m no expert but I’ve written a short step-by-step guide in case anyone else might find it useful:
