• Hi (and happy new year!)

I’m having some issues getting a page to display. Getting ye olde 310 error.

I’m using the Getshopped plugin for our e-commerce site, and I’m just trying to secure the checkout page. I have installed the HTTPS plugin, checked the “exclusively” setting and forced SSL on that particular page.

When I go to that page (I have also tried this with brand-new pages, by the way), I get a too-many-redirects error. We have an SSL certificate (hosted on a proxy server, while the site itself resides in its own LAMP enviro).

We’re not running too many plugins (a jQuery slider, contact forms, Typekit, SMTP setup, Google Analytics and the e-commerce framework).

Thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

  • I just pushed out version 3.0 which may or may not fix the issues you were having. Please try updating and let me know if you need any help.

Sorry for the late response. I have not had time to support the plugin for a while now. Since I just pushed out 3.0, I’ll be keeping an eye on the support forums to fix any bugs that arise.

    Thanks,
    Mike
