Arbitrary Text widget and qTranslate

I’m using qTranslate to offer up a multi-lingual website. I’d like to have a 3 column layout with each having some header Text and a blurb below . Using the Text Widget would work fine but it doesn’t allow for Multi-language. Does anyone have some ideas for me? thanx
