[Theme: Tanzaku] Move Bottom Titles

Hi, I am using the theme Tanzaku with preview page here: Here. I would like to move the categories, pages, and archive titles and links to the top of the page versus the bottom. I pocked around in the header and footer and it doesn’t look like that’s where it is. Also, I am using a child theme. Thanks for your help.
