Hide pages on the website

I’m working on website for a realty company. Is there a way to create a page and then hide it from the list of pages, but yet allow it to be found if searched for via the search bar on the homepage?

Users will be linked to a website where they can pay their rent, submit maintenance tickets, etc. Users will know to search for their particular page and will therefore have access to them but competitors won’t be able to see what property the company owns if they come snooping around the website.
