[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Trouble resizing slideshow and imagebrowser

I’m having trouble resizing images using NextGen Gallery.
All of the images I’m uploading are 800×574; I’ve set that as the size in all of the options and I’ve tried setting it individually as well with [ slideshow id=1 width=800 height=574] but the image is still smaller than it should be.

When I changed it the image did get bigger but it’s still much smaller than the original image. When it loads it looks as if the slideshow itself is the right size but the image is small.

I have the same problem in imagebrowser.
