[Plugin: Post Title Counter] Plugin shows up when activating other plugins!

First off, amazing plugin! Great work!
I have a wordpress multisite network running buddypress…
when ever I activate a plugin the post title counter shows up under the
“activating plugin…”
…then the post title counter shows up right under this…

could this be fixed…would love to donate for this to happen!
