Problem with Mingle Forum posting

I am experiencing problem getting my Mingle Forum to work. I have followed all of the instruction, watched the videos and while my forums render correctly I am unable to use “Edit Your Forum Options”, (page renders back to where I started) “Edit Profile” (this content cannot be displayed in a frame) and when I try to enter a forum the page renders back to where I started.

In addition, I am unable to add topics or enter any of the forms.
