wordpress post list generate plugin

I checked its source and guessed that this person is using “WP-PageNavi” plugin to generate this post list. I went to its website;
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-pagenavi/installation/
and under “usage” it is telling to find “next_posts_link()” code and replace it. I am unable to find this code, I am using Easel theme, do you know where I can find it? or do know how to use this plugin?
