Thinking of upgrading from b2 -> WordPress

    Yeah, so I’m thinking of upgrading from b2 to WordPress and have a few questions.
    First, how similar to b2 is the database structrue? Is it the same? I have some hacks that I’ll be making work with WordPress and I’m wanting to not do tons of work with it. 😉
    Uh, I guess that’s it. Is there anything else I should know about upgrading my template to WordPress?

    wp_optiongroups
    wp_options
    wp_optiontypes
    wp_optionvalues
    wp_posts
    wp_users
    Compared to b2’s:
    b2categories
    b2comments
    b2posts
    b2settings
    b2users

    Hmm, when I install WordPress, does it have a converter to copy over the tables to work with WordPress?

    Yes, there is an upgrade script. The read me file has instructions.

    It was super easy to convert! 🙂 I had no problems whatsoever, the script does it all for you. Good luck!
