Can I install Multisites in a folder on the main domain? Like http://www.domain.com/blog. Or can I install it on http://www.blog.domain.com. I and can I use subdomain names for my other blogs?

Either or.

And you can use subdomains if it’s installed in domain.com or blog.domain.com (provided your server is set up to allow sub-subdomains).
