XML Parsing Errors on wordpress.org

The Links link from Docs Reeference page I get the following:
XML Parsing Error: not well-formed Location: http://wordpress.org/docs/reference/links/ Line Number 171, Column 10:
title="blogrolling.com">blogrolling.com.</dd>
Not sure why, but there seems to be”character instead of a “.
