Can I re-install the admin bar?

    There’s nothing to re-install. It’s part of WordPress core. Have you tried switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    I installed infolinks and for some reason I see infolinks it in my admin bar html (looking at it in my ftp) and now my admin bar is gone and is shown (only to me when I log in) at the bottom of my website in a clickable list.

    Should I still try switching to twenty eleven?

    Yes – to confirm that this is a theme issue.
