Add tag links to posts ! question

i am using “Automatic Tag Link” for generating tag link automatically but there is a problem
i want my tag link in post (the tag link generated by plugin)
as : mydomain.com/tag/tag-name
as i have seen this on many of the websites but in my website tag link seems like

mydomain.com/tag/%post_tag% on every tag link the link was same but the link not generated by plugins i.e tag link at the end of post is mydomain.com/tag/tag-name ..

any one can know hw to solve it !
