Media files not working

Hello, I have wordpress multi user. I can’t embed a video, upload a video, or give link to a video.. ALso I can’t upload an audio file.. I installed some plugins but still I am not able to upload these media files.. It is very interesting, what can be the reason for this? Should I change some settingS?
