[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Form Wont Submit

Hi – just installed your plugin. Looks great, but won’t work.

When i submit, the page refreshes and I end up back on the same page with a blank form. Data doesnt save in entries and the e-mail doesnt send. I see this same question was asked a few months ago and you suggested it may be the theme, but i tried on a different site and have the same problem
