  • What is the “xx”

    http : // xx .com / category / xx / ??

    what you showed are css classes which should have virtually no effect on seo;

    if you are consecned with seo, consider using one of the available seo plugins; for instance search http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=seo+description&sort=

    No the site actually had this code , `<li class=”cat-item cat-item-4″><a href=”http://www.x.com/category/x&#8221; title=”The categories description is here”>x & x</a>
    </li>`
    (“x” is just a reference) , Does it still have no effect on SEO, the category description was there

    this might have an effect on seo;

    you might need to dig into the code of your menu, and see where/if the category description is added.

    compare the code of ‘one side’ and ‘my site homepage’

    for any more suggestions, you might need to provide the names and download links of the themes of both sites, and possibly links to them as well.
