Using same user DB for 2 blogs

    i have 2 installations of WP in one DB (with different table prefixes), and i want them to share the users list, but nothing else. is there a way to make them share the users table

    edit the wp-settings.php in one, where $wpdb->users is defined, and replace it with $wpdb->users = ‘sharedprefix_users’;
