[Plugin: Live Comment Preview] Code highlighting

Is there any way to make it work with http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-syntax/ ?

For example to be able to view in preview the correct and highlighted output of this:
<pre lang="php"><?php echo "test"; ?></pre>
