    HI……..
    I was having trouble generating thumbnails and started the new upgrade an got this error…

    Please update the database of NextGEN Gallery. Click here to proceed.

    then get this permissions error

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    do i need to change permissions on my database?
