Hi fhassan. Most likely if you’re getting a blank page, it is because WordPress is throwing an error message, however you php setup is set to hide error messages.
What I suggest is enabling error messages in your wp-config.php file so you can see what the actual error is that is preventing your dashboard from loading.
To do this, set WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php file:

there is a database error i think, i don’t know what’s the problem but for the last few days before this problem occur I was unable to update wordpress from dashboard. It shows update success whenever I updated wp but then when I refresh I’ve seen the same version again & it’s suggesting me to update to newer. Is that related

can someone help me with my issue please? I get something similar, but everytime I try to add a new page or post i get a blank… nothing but loading and its doing nothing at the bottom of my page it says waiting for static.zemanta.com HELP??
I assume you’re not zemanta.com, but that you’re using their services? If you are using their services and it says:
waiting for static.zemanta.com
… it sounds like there may be some time of connection issue / timeout. I would suggest contacting their support department to see if they have any suggestions on how to resolve that. I’ve never heard of zemanta.com before, so I can’t personally provide too much more insight.

I don’t change theme but I attempt to upgrade WordPress to a newer version several times. It shows update success whenever I updated wp but then when I refresh I’ve seen the same version again & it’s suggesting me to update to newer.
