Hosting weather station help?

Hi,

I am brand new to this and would like some help in how I can get the data from my weather station onto my wordpress site as on the front page or via a link?

Cumulus is the weather data program..
I would like it to look like this http://www.oceangrovecfa.com.au/index.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=139

Do i need to make a proper website or can I import this data directly into my blog.

Is there an FTP server??
