Content for pages not displaying

I am using wordpress 3.2.1 and the content on pages is not displaying. You can see it here http://lizardworm.com/sample-page-2/

The code works for regular posts etc. but not for pages. I’ve turned on the default themes and the post content won’t show up on any pages.
