    Heeeeeeelp me..!
    I can’t post. The wordpress just give a few of publis option just like in this picture
    I’ve try to reinstall but the view still just like that.
    And I’ve try to rename wp-config.php but my site still can viewed and the post option still just like the picture.

    Looks like you are logged in as a “Contributor”. As a contributor-level user, the Submit For Review button is displayed in place of a Publish button. You need to have an Author role or higher to be able to publish posts. See more here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities

    I’ve check. There’s the only one user, mine. And the role is administrator, and i try to make new user, but there is nothing happen.
    Is there any trouble with database?

    How do you know the user is an Admin? Does it say the role is administrator?

    Yes it say administrator and no another user.
    Is there any trouble with database?

    Maybe, but before you panic about that, try disabling your plugins.

    Plugins has disabled, even i reinstall WordPress, the publish button still show “submit for review”
