[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] problems with Plugin "Site Slideshow"

After installing the plugin “Site Slideshow” from Dietrich Koch my contact form-Site is blank. Nothing to see, only a white screen.
If i disable the “Site Slideshow” everything is fine.
Where can I find the problem?
