Domain issue

I’ve tried to buy a domain for my site. (Mapping it and registering it ect). The purchase goes through, however, the new domain has not been allocated to my site. Nor has the payment been registered and sent to my email. There also is no mistakes in my credentials.

Is there a reason it isn’t working that i’m overlooking or should I just wait?
