Nevermind, “HiDownload” has a free trial that doesn’t stain the video!

There are a number of utilities that will grab any streaming media – if I remember where I got the prog I use, I’ll drop by your site 🙂

Also this is the video from FOX:

Fiddly way round:
Watch the video, note your clock time.
Find the browser cache
Find the largest file with the last modified time that corresponds to when you saw the clip. (On IE, they should be saved with their filetype. On FF, it’s a seemingly random selection of letters).
Copy it to desktop.
Rename it, giving it a .swf extension
Open with a browser
Try that ?
(Works for me on Fox)

Mine is
C > Docs & Settings > Application data > Mozilla > firefox and keep going til you find the cache.

I’m trying to download a video file using flashget or sdp downloader, but the download fails.
