how to fix permalinks from phpmyadmin

    I have my site up on localhost/mysite
    but when i log in to localhost/mysite/wp-admin
    I can enter my username and pswd but i am sent back to the localhost/xampp

    I think it has to do with the permalinks but being that I cannot access the wp dashboard – how do I do it through my phpmyadmin?
