[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Feature request: Field names from database

Hi!

I noticed that the field names outputted in e-mails and the entry view is taken from the keyword. This means trouble if it’s written in a language that uses special characters, like åäö in swedish, since they’re not preserved. Why not take the actual field name from the database?
Another future request is to add an option to not display fields that wasn’t filled out.
