Uploadify Integration Plugin – Editing and Shortcoding?

    Hello,

    I want to generate an order form on our WordPress-website (own template). For this I installed and activated the Uploadify Integration Plugin for WordPress.

    My Problem is that there is no “Shortcode Generator” in the admin area as it’s mentioned in the readme. I’ve no idea about how to create a form with the uploadify script and appreciate any help.
