categories/posts – display help please!

Hello
On my site, all the posts when selected from the categories list on the front page appear as a shorter version with a different url. You then have to click on ‘more info’ to obtain the full posts display which means 2 clicks just to read a post! I want to remedy this by going directly from the front page ‘category list’ to the full post display in 1 click. Can anyone help? I would really appreciate if anyone has any possible solution, Many thanks!
