Deleted Orphans, need help!

Hi,

I deleted the orphans on my page with clean options and it screwed up the wp_options table. I tried reinstalling a fresh install of wordpress on godaddy, but it still seems to keep my old plugins and settings.

Anyone know why the fresh install isn’t so fresh?
