Can not install my new theme

    I keep getting this error when I try to upload my new theme:

    The uploaded file could not be moved to /hermes/bosweb25b/b606/ipg.herrformscom/wp-content/uploads/2011/11.

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, cgiadmin@yourhostingaccount.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    what does it mean?

    what method are you using to upload your theme?

    the/wp-content/uploads/ folder is usually not involved in uploading themes;

    I tried to upload my theme directly from wordpress first. I went to appearance / upload theme / and I still have an error.

    So I tried to manually install into my file manager under wp-theme/ and could not get it to work that way either. However, I will say that I am not 100% sure if I downloaded the correct files, but I think I did.

    The theme you got did you buy this theme if so you will need extract the zip file as there are other files and folders and one them should be the theme that need to installed
