Publishing “Page” as Homepage

I’m using permalink and each article is published as a page in a separate directory. When I go to publish a page, under the section “Page Parent” I see on two options. Either as a parent (main page) or under one of the pages I’ve already published. There is no option to publish it as the homepage. Where do I find this option? Thx!
