[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] W3TC and Simplemap

    When does the problem occur? Which features do you activate in W3 Total Cache?
    There could be a plugin conflict hard to pinpoint where the fix should be.
    Have you asked the SimpleMap author for input?
    Could also send a bug form submission form from Supprt page inside the Total Cache plugin if you haven’t done so already.
