Tell me, plz, how to make the plugin does not cut the <g:plusone> , otherwise do not show button google +1.

Do you have Minify enabled? Try disabling that and seeing if it solves the issue. If it does, I would recommend keeping it disabled in w3tc and going to WP-Minify.
