custom post permalink structure?

I’m using a theme that uses custom post types, but when I write under those custom post types, the permalink will come out something like:

domain.com/note/post-name

I’ve set the permalink structure in settings to:

domain.com/year/month/day/post-name

How can I apply this exact same permalink structure to my custom post types? Thanks!
