[Plugin: Email Encoder Bundle] How to encode plain emails…not mailto:

Excuse my inexperience. Am I able to encode plain email addresses on my pages/posts? We list emails next to names, like someone@somewhere.org, but they are not linked.

The tag [encode_email ..] adds a link. Is there another tag I can use?
