[Plugin: HD Webplayer Plugin for WordPress] not playing from godaddy

    my web player works fine from sites like youtube, but when I try to use a direct url from my server at godaddy it says netstream.play.stream not found. how can i get the stream found. What am I doing wrong. I have the right formats. I have tried m4v and mov files and I get the same message. Help.

    Hello,

    Generally Netstream.Play.StreamNotFound error occurs while the provided video path is wrong.

    Please try to download the video by accessing it directly through any of your favorite browser. If you get any error page, then you will have to double check your video url. Else, just mail to support@hdwebplayer.com.
