Wiki plugin that register words automatically

    I use normal posts to tests recipes.
    But i also want a part of my website to be a wiki over techniques, ingredients and such.
    If i make a wiki with the title “chocolate”, then i would like to have a wiki-plugin that automatically registers the word “chocolate” in the post and automatically links to the wiki page.
    Is there such a plugin?
