• I recently updated to version 1.6 and immediately got errors. First, after updating the plugin, Forms was completely removed from my site. I had to ‘reactivate’ the plugin.

Now, i am getting (form ‘form-3’ not found) after the form is submitted. I get form (slug name) “not found” for each of my forms. I have tried to re-save each of them and even created a new form, but I keep getting the same error message.

Messages are getting logged in db and sent via email. Why is this happening?

Sorry to take so long to respond on this. Try going to Forms > Advanced Settings > Database Check, and see if it comes up with any errors. Other than that, I don’t know why this is happening. What version did you have before you updated?

Also, are you using the normal form behavior?

I performed the the database check and everything is ‘ok’ no errors. And, I am still getting the “form <slugname> not found error”. I am using default form behavior.
    Any other suggestions?

Unfortunately I really don’t know. This is definitely a bug. What theme are you using?

Today got the same problem 🙂

    Solution is simple:
use slug [formmanager formmanager-abc] instead of [formmanager-abc] or use ‘insert form’ button in editor :))
