[Plugin: Hyper Cache Extended] php short tags

Plugin totally failed to work for me because options.php contains two instances of php short tags, which are not supported by my hosting company.
Replacing
<?=$perc;?>
by <?php echo $perc; ?>
and replacing <?
function humanReadableOctets($octets){

by <?php
function humanReadableOctets($octets){

fixed the problem.
