Template Button Customization/Linking

Anyone have any idea how to–update/link to/access/add to–the About and Link “buttons” at the top of this template: http://www.alternativemarketingstrategies.com/? I’m not finding anything on the Dashboard that seems to pertain to these. (The Links section on the Dashboard refers to the links in the right hand column (i.e. the Blogroll) only, correct?) I suppose I’ll find something in the templates but there must be a better way to edit these than manually opening the template file each time? Thanks for any help. Tracy.
