[Plugin: Events Manager] Add 2 Tax lines

    Great to see a Tax option in settings in your newest 4.3 release.

    I would suggest making 2 tax variables.

    Examples: Tax1-State and Tax2-Federal or here in Canada we have a Tax1-Federal(GST) and Tax2-Provincial (PST).
    In certain provinces of Canada it is illegal to combine the two taxes into one (like where I live). They must be displayed on 2 separate lines.
